Management > User Profiles has an Import user profiles action that creates profiles from a JSON file. Each profile in the file is checked first (name, role, permissions and escrow setting) and listed as importing or not; profiles with problems are skipped, and their errors can be downloaded
The JSON export of user profiles now lists permissions by their permission names and includes whether keys may be escrowed, so an exported file can be imported on another tiCrypt system
