Where do sub-admin permissions apply in tiCrypt?

Sub-admin Permissions apply only to a sub-part of the system, namely subadmin managed objects.

Sub-admin permissions in the open overlay do not have anything in common with the overall system as they only apply to the sub-admin managed objects delegated by the admins.

In contrast

Permissions for users with the super-admin role apply to the whole system.
